Mother
s Day
The first official Mother
s Day was celebrated nationally in 1914 when President Woodrow Wilson declared
the second Sunday in May, as a day for American citizens to show the flag in honor of those mothers
whose sons had died in war. Mother
s
day has evolved into a holiday to celebrate and show appreciation
for all Mothers, an occasion, which calls you to spend quality time with your mother or to indulge her
in some way. Treat your Mom to fresh lobster, salmon or scallops at a Weathervane Seafood Restaurant
near you or send her a Weathervane Gift Card.
Join our email club before April 20th and receive an email offer for 20% off Weathervane Seafood
