Claw Club Card Frequent Diner Program Terms & Conditions
For each dollar you spend at any of the Weathervane Seafood
Restaurants (dine-in or take-out only) you'll receive a point on your
Claw Club Card account. Each time you accumulate 250 points, the
Claw Club Card can be used (as soon as the very next day) to
purchase up to $10.00 worth of menu items.
The Weathervane Claw Club Card Program is for our valued guests, 18 years of age or older, who are legal residents of the United States.
Points are earned for each dollar spent on food and beverage purchases (excluding tax, tip and gift card sales) at all Weathervane Seafood Restaurants. Additional restrictions may apply. Online purchases do not earn Claw Card Club points.
Guests must present their Claw Club Card at the time of purchase to receive points. Points will be credited only to the guest who pays the bill.
To receive points on group functions, parties or receptions, the paying guest must be an active Claw Club member prior to booking a function, and must present their card at the time of purchase. Points will be credited only to the guest who pays the bill. Cannot be used by any member or group ordering from our group tour menu or any other special menu.
Weathervane Seafoods reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. All federal and state tax liabilities for earned rewards will be the cardholder's responsibility. Weathervane Seafoods may modify the program requirements at any time. Accounts are subject to audit, which could result in membership account termination if point balance is inappropriately achieved.
Employees of Weathervane Seafoods and their immediate families are ineligible for Weathervane's Claw Club Program. Accounts identified as such will be immediately invalidated and treated as fraudulent. These employees may be subject to disciplinary action. ©2009 Weathervane Seafood Restaurants
